Henry is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Henry was a senior associate at Altamont Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Palo Alto, CA, where he focused on investment opportunities in the healthcare, business services, and industrials verticals. Henry graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in Economics and an A.B. in Italian. In his spare time, he enjoys pickup soccer games and well-crafted crossword puzzles.
Jess is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Since completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, she has launched a startup incubator, consulted for an international market research firm, and accelerated the growth of an entrepreneurship department at PK-12 schools in Philadelphia and Dubai. As an MBA, she interned in investment banking with Deutsche Bank and is currently working part-time with Aurora Capital Partners and Mucker Capital. Jess is also launching her own venture - Wonder Year - to provide teen girls with business education and mentorship.
Zach is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Zach previously worked at Graham Partners, a middle market private equity fund that focuses on manufacturing and industrial technology investments. Prior to Graham Partners, Zach worked in E&Y’s Transaction Advisory Services, specifically in its Valuation and Business Modeling practice. Zach graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance.
Amanda is a first-year MBA student at Wharton. Most recently, Amanda spent her Pre-MBA summer at The Chernin Group focused on sourcing and evaluating growth equity investments. Prior to Wharton, Amanda was a Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, where she worked on strategic and operational initiatives for the CEOs. Amanda received her B.A. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College.
Andrew is a first-year MBA candidate at Wharton in the Health Care Management program. Prior to Wharton, Andrew worked in strategic finance & business development at EyeCare Services Partners, a PE-backed ophthalmology roll-up. Previously, he spent two years each at Avista Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm and Robert W. Baird, a middle-market investment bank. Andrew graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with a major in Finance and a minor in Mandarin Chinese.
Chris is a first year MBA student at The Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, Chris worked in the Principal Investments Group at Pepper Group (“Pepper”), a global financial services company majority-owned by KKR. At Pepper, Chris focused on principal investments in the financial services industry within the Asia-Pacific region, including loan portfolios, traditional/FinTech lenders, and servicers in Australia, China, and India. Chris graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 2014 with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics.
Christina is a first-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, she was a management consultant at Bain & Company working primary with technology and consumer product clients. She had extensive case experience in growth strategy, cost optimization and digital transformation. During her first year at Wharton, she interned with a smart-home device startup, gaining some first-hand experience in operations and management. Christina graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA in Accounting, Operations & Supply Chain Management.
Clarisse is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Clarisse was a senior associate at Temasek Holdings based in Singapore, where she focused on structuring and executing direct investments across sectors and geographies. Clarisse graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's in Accountancy.
Deniz is a first-year Wharton MBA student. Prior to Wharton, she was an investment analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group and focused on building sustainable bridges for capital flows into emerging markets through private equity investments in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Deniz also served in the Global Youth Climate Network of the World Bank Group, where she collaborated with global peers to develop and implement initiatives to raise awareness and mitigate climate change in local communities. In 2019, Deniz represented Turkey in the G20 Youth Summit (Y20) in Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from Bogazici University with a BA in Economics and holds two master’s degrees: MA in Economics from Boston University and MSc in Financial Engineering from Bogazici University.
Diana is an MBA / MPP dual-degree candidate between Wharton and Harvard Kennedy School, graduating in May 2022. Diana aspires to invest in tech-enabled products and services that become an integrated part of all business models that they serve and a necessary component that turbocharges all industries' growth. During her most recent pre-MBA internship with Sidewalk Labs, a Google sister company, Diana helped launch an urban technology growth fund investing in smart city software alongside with the underlying real estate assets. During her first pre-MBA internship with Alpaca VC, a PropTech venture capital firm, Diana developed an investment thesis at the Intersection of Construction Tech and FinTech. Prior to graduate school, Diana was a private equity associate at the CIM Group, where she worked on both development projects and acquisitions of mixed-use assets in the United States. Diana started her career as an investment banking analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance Group. There, she focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, M&A transactions, and other debt financings for technology companies. Diana earned a B.S. in Finance and Politics from New York University’s Undergraduate Stern School of Business. She is a member of Robert Toigo Foundation and Sponsorship for Educational Opportunity (SEO).
Dylan Hoffman is a second-year MBA student at the Wharton Business School. While at Wharton, Dylan has worked in both early stage venture capital at Brand Foundry Ventures and growth equity at Pontifax Agtech. Prior to Wharton, Dylan spent a year building his own coworking & childcare start-up. In this role, he structured and raised a seed equity round, led the acquisition of an existing business, and functioned as interim CFO. Dylan started his career as a strategy consultant at Accenture in the technology and media sectors, and from there spent time at Boeing as a digital product manager. Dylan graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University with a degree in International Business & Economics.
Felicia is a first-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, she worked on the Comcast Corporate Development team, where she focused on investments and acquisitions across the TMT sector. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Felicia graduated cum laude from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in International Relations and Economics / Statistics.
Ike is a first-year MBA/MA candidate at Wharton and the Lauder Institute of International Studies. Prior to Wharton, Ike worked for Harvard Business school as a case-writer, as well as in the life-sciences as a researcher for the Taub Institute for Alzheimer's Disease. Ike graduated from Harvard College with a bachelors in Neurobiology, and minors in Economics and Brazilian Portuguese.
Luke is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, Luke worked at H.I.G. Capital in the Leveraged Buyout Group where he evaluated, executed and monitored investments across a variety of industries. Before H.I.G., Luke worked at Deutsche Bank in the Leveraged Finance Group advising on and executing debt financings in support of leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions and refinancings. Meghan Hsu is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Most recently, Meghan spent her summer at BlackRock’s Infrastructure investment team. Prior to Wharton, Meghan worked at Evercore’s Utilities, Transportation and Infrastructure M&A team and Private Funds Group. Before joining Evercore, she was an Analyst on Manulife’s investments team, focusing on private equity and infrastructure investments, after completing a rotation in credit. Meghan graduated with High Distinction from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto with a B.Com. in Finance & Economics.
Morgan is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Morgan worked as an Associate at Monomoy Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund in New York City. There, she focused on evaluating buyout and debt-for-control investment opportunities across mature industrials and consumer products businesses. Prior to Monomoy, Morgan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Global Industrials Group. Morgan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond, with a major in Economics.
Nick joined Wharton from True Wind Capital, a Technology-focused private equity firm founded by the former Co-founders and Co-heads of the Global Technology Group at KKR. Prior to joining True Wind, Nick worked at GTCR, where he was in the Telecommunication, Media and Technology Group and as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan where he worked in Investment Banking. Nick holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University where he graduated with highest distinction.
Rodrigo is a first-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Rodrigo worked as an Associate in the Corporate Development team at Scotiabank Peru. There, he focused on evaluating investment opportunities across the financial sector in Peru. Prior to Scotiabank, Rodrigo worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Macroinvest, a generalist Peruvian IB boutique focused in LatAm. Rodrigo graduated from Indiana Univesity, Fort Wayne with a major in Business Economics & Finance.
Sam is a second-year MBA student at Wharton. Upon graduation, Sam will be joining General Catalyst as a member of their late-stage venture investing team. Prior to Wharton, Sam was an investor at Insight Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm in New York focused on growth-stage software companies. Sam closed six transactions, including venture rounds in Qualtrics, Aaptiv, Monday.com, FloQast and Numetric and a leveraged buyout of Bullhorn. Sam also held strategy/corporate development roles at Handy and DraftKings and worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. Sam graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering. Originally from Evanston, IL, Sam’s life peaked when the Cubs won the World Series and he spends most of his free time being overly competitive about basketball, poker or board games.
